current DFDS Corona information
DFDS continues to operate pan-European ferry schedules to help communities ensure that important business relationships remain open and goods can be delivered to companies and businesses.
Mouth-to-nose coverings:
To ensure the well-being of our guests and staff on board, we are implementing a mouth-to-nose mask policy to all our routes.
All guests must wear mouth-to-nose coverings during check-in, boarding and disembarkation. This applies to foot and car passengers as well as freight drivers.
We also strongly recommend that our guests wear a mouth-nose mask while in our public spaces.
Mouth-to-nose masks do not need to be worn when guests are in their cabins (except for shared cabins to routes to Klaipeda), when guests are seated at a sufficient distance from each other, or when guests are on to outside decks.
There will also be important reminders about local government requirements, which will be announced over the ship’s public address system.
Below you will find the current status for each passenger ferry service.
You can be assured that we have taken all precautions recommended by the World Health Organization to minimize the spread of Coronavirus / COVID-19 to protect the health of travelers.
Our crews on board and employees ashore are subject to strict hygiene measures, sufficient hand disinfectants are available on board and additional cleaning measures are carried out at contact points.
Due to the limited number of passengers on board our services, we have enough space to allow sufficient social distancing. Our outdoor decks are also open for public use.
We are committed to the safety and well-being of those making important journeys, as well as our crews, and will continue to do so during this difficult time.
Thank you for your continued support and we look forward to welcoming you back on board soon.
With kind regards
Kasper Moos, Vice President & Head of Business Area Passage
