New Finnlines ferry connection from Poland to Sweden
The Finnlines shipping company will launch a new ferry service from Swinoujscie in Poland to Malmö in Sweden before the end of this year. For the time being, the route will be served by the Finnlines ferry Finnfellow. At the end of the year, the Finnfellow will be replaced by the two Finnlines Hansa-class ferries Finnpartner & Finntrader.
Cargo & Passengers are carried
At the start of the new connection, there will be one departure per day in each direction. Once the Finnpartner and Finntrader ferries switch to this route, there will be 2 daily departures in each direction.
The new routes will carry freight as well as passengers and cars. The route is therefore interesting for logistics companies as well as for tourists.

Now that all tests with the Finnfellow ferry have been successful, only the permits from the Polish authorities are pending. The new route is expected to be bookable from the end of September.
