- From the east (e.g. Heraklion): Take the national road E75 in a westerly direction to Chania. Then follow the signs to the port of Souda.
- From the west (e.g. Kissamos): Use the national road E65 in an easterly direction and follow the signs to Chania. In the city center of Chania, change to the national road E75 towards Heraklion and then follow the signs to the port of Souda.
