The city of Hull and its harbour are best explored on foot. On cobblestones we walk through the old town with its churches and houses in Georgian and Edwardian style. The historic Hepworth Arcade, built in 1897, and Trinity Market are great places to stroll. Hull Maritime Museum explores the history of seafaring, Ferens Art Gallery exhibits art from different eras and visitors can get up close to sharks, rays and penguins at The Deep aquarium. Also fascinating is the Humber Bridge, which spans the river over a length of 1.4 kilometres.
