  • From the south (via the E45): Drive north on the E45 until the end of the highway at Aalborg. Then follow route 180 towards Frederikshavn. In Frederikshavn follow the signs to the ferry port (Færgehavnsvej).
  • From the direction of Aarhus (via Route 16): Drive north on Route 16 until the junction with the E45 and then change to the E45 northbound. Follow the instructions as described above.

  • From the south (via E6): Take the E6 in the direction of Oslo. Follow the signs to the city center and then to the DFDS ferry terminal Vippetangen.
  • From the west (via E18): Take the E18 in the direction of Oslo. Change to Ring 1 in Oslo and follow the signs to the DFDS ferry terminal at Vippetangen.
  • From the east (via E6): Take the E6 towards Oslo. In Oslo, take the Ring 3, then the E18/Ring 1 towards the DFDS ferry terminal at Vippetangen.
