The MyGNV Bonus Club is a reward system for loyal customers. The more
GNV Ferries
the higher the savings to future tickets. Members receive one point for every 10 euros spent on tickets. By reaching certain thresholds, participants benefit from exclusivefrom.

Points can be purchased directly during the ticket purchase at the travel agency, at the GNV ticket counter or online by entering the MyGNV code. The final credit will be issued to completion of the trip. No points will be credited in the event of cancellation or withdrawal from the trip.

What does membership of MyGNV cost?

MyGNV membership is free and GNV rewards you with a welcome bonus of 20 points.

Where can I apply for membership?

Registration is as simple as filling out the appropriate form at https://mygnv.gnv.it/#/register. After successful registration, the participant receives an e-mail with the corresponding identification code.

Where can I log into my MyGNV account?

MyGNV members can log in at any time by entering their access data to https://mygnv.gnv.it/#/login.

As a member, do I get a discount to ferry tickets,from, meals in the restaurant or in the on-board shop?

Members receive exclusivefromand benefit from special advantages and GNV special offers.

Do I get a MyGNV ID card or a membership card?

No, collecting points and redeemingfromis done by entering the MyGNV identification code.

How long are MyGNV bonus points valid?

Currently, accumulated points are redeemable until April 30, 2022.

What else needs to be considered?

As soon as an appropriate point threshold is reached, members can use the bonus discounts. Thus, to reaching 200 points, a bonus of 50 euros beckons, to 400 points it is 100 euros and with 600 points you can already save 150 euros on your next ticket purchase. The maximum points threshold ends at 1,400 points and a total saving of 350 euros. To redeem a reward, it must be requested via the Internet, telephone or e-mail, at least five working days before the start of the next trip. The reduced ticket will then be sent by mail or fax.
