Booking and Service Hotline – Contact TT-Line Customer Center

The booking and service hotline at the TT-Line customer center will take all calls and answer all your questions. At peak times in the evening or at lunchtime, however, you have to expect short waiting times.

TT-Line phone number for bookings

If you would like to book your TT-Line ferry directly by telephone, you can do this easily and free of charge by calling the following hotline:

But beware: when booking by phone, there is a service fee of 14€. This fee is waived for online bookings.

You have already booked your trip and now have questions about it, just dial the following number:

But beware: If you want to change your booking manually by a TT-Line employee, you will have to pay a service fee of 7€. This fee is waived for online changes.

✅ What questions can I ask the TT-Line service hotline?

The TT-Line hotline always has an open ear for you. Here are some examples of the questions and problems you can discuss there:

✅ Is the TT-Line hotline free of charge?

No, the TT-Line hotline is not free of charge. However, there are only small telephone charges of 20 cents per call, for calls from the German fixed network. Mobile rates of course from depending on to mobile carrier and are currently quoted at a maximum of 60 cents per call.

✅ Can I book my trip via the hotline?

Yes, you can book your trip conveniently by calling the TT-Line hotline. But beware, because when booking by phone there is a fee of 14€. Therefore better

No, currently you cannot request a callback from TT-Line.

✅ Is there a TT-Line chat?

No, there is currently no TT-Line chat with the customer center. For your inquiries you can currently only call, use the contact forms or contact us by e-mail.

✅ At what times is the TT-Line service telephone available?

The TT-Line hotline is available from Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. and is open for your questions.
