The TT-Line shipping company
The TT-Line shipping company was founded in 1962 and is headquartered in Lübeck-Travemünde. The ferry service between Travemünde and Trelleborg in southern Sweden began in the same year. The company name wasfrom from the first letters of these two ports. There are currently seven ships in operation for the shipping company. With up to 900,000 passengers per year, the shipping company is considered the market leader in ferry traffic between Germany and Sweden.

Important TT-Line ferry connections
All roads lead to Trelleborg – at least this is true for the routes of TT-Line. From Travemünde, Rostock, Świnoujście in Poland or Klaipėda in Lithuania, you can travel safely and comfortably across the Baltic Sea to Trelleborg in Sweden and back again. 18 daily departures – divided into day and night departures – give you a wide range of travel options and a great deal of flexibility. It takes Nils Holgersson, Peter Pan, Robin Hood, Nils Dacke, Tom Sawyer and Huckleberry Finn about eight hours to cover the 220-kilometre traditional route from Travemünde to Trelleborg. From Trelleborg to Klaipėda you can expect 16,5 hours. Combination tickets, return discounts or camper packages also make it possible to travel on a budget.
